FAQ
Common questions about choosing, activating and paying.
What AI workloads is VoyraCloud built for?
Common uses include deploying and hosting agents on Linux servers (such as OpenClaw, Hermes and n8n), iOS builds and Apple automation on Mac hosts, browser agents on static ISP IPs, and training-data collection through rotating residential proxies.
How do I choose between Linux, Windows and Mac?
Linux servers suit agents, websites and most open-source tools. Windows servers suit work that needs Remote Desktop or Windows software. Mac hosts are dedicated physical Mac minis for Xcode builds, iOS testing and macOS automation.
How do I choose between rotating residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies?
Rotating residential proxies come from real home broadband, are billed by traffic and rotate IPs automatically — ideal for data collection. Static ISP proxies are fixed IPs registered to carriers, suited to accounts that stay logged in. Datacenter proxies are the fastest and cheapest, suited to high-volume requests.
Can I use proxies together with servers?
Yes. A common setup runs agents or crawlers on a Linux server and sends traffic out through proxy IPs. Cloud VPS can configure a SOCKS5/HTTP outbound proxy for an instance in one click.
How soon can I start after purchase?
Most products are provisioned automatically within minutes of payment, and connection details appear in the console.
Which countries and regions do servers and proxies cover?
Servers run in cities across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Rotating residential proxies cover 180+ countries and regions, while static ISP and datacenter proxies cover dozens of countries. See Server Regions and each proxy page for full lists.
Are there contracts or minimum spends?
No. Servers and static IPs are bought monthly and can stop renewing at any time; rotating residential proxies are bought as traffic packages, so you only buy what you use.
What is the refund policy?
Linux and Windows servers can be fully refunded (minus a handling fee) within 24 hours of creation if they have used no more than 5GB of traffic. Mac hosts are dedicated machines and are non-refundable once ordered. Proxy orders that are not delivered or fail delivery are refunded. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
